Over the past two years, Israel has faced one of the most challenging periods in its history. The Swords of Iron war, together with the AI revolution, disrupted communities, organizations, and the lives of many citizens. As a reserve commander, I personally experienced the cost borne by those who serve.
I founded Elevation as an impact-driven company to create a world where opportunity is not limited by tuition costs. In a rapidly shifting labor market, companies, organizations, and governments can fund professional training programs, expanding opportunities and reducing inequality.
From the outset, we focused on populations affected by the war – reservists’ families and residents of the North and South – while advancing regional economic growth and integrating diverse communities into Israel’s high-tech industry. This report highlights three flagship programs across three main impact arenas.
We believe in the power of skills to drive change and remain committed to strengthening the State of Israel wherever needed.
This report is dedicated to the 1,992 Israelis who lost their lives in the war, and especially to the families of the 924 fallen IDF soldiers whose courage enables us to move forward. Yiftach Yaavetz, Amishar Ben David , Aviv Magen , and Chen Gross RIP – this is for you. May we be worthy.

Reservists and their spouses, and widows and orphans of the security forces
Following the Swords of Iron war, we met reservists, discharged soldiers, and their spouses whose employment continuity was severely disrupted due to extended service, financial uncertainty, and emotional and family related strain.
To support them, as well as widows and orphans of the security forces, we developed flexible training program pathways combining personal guidance, skills development, and direct industry connection - programs such as Tech Troop, Mil-Wives, and Bonim Atid enable a gradual and secure return to the job market.
North & South as Employment Growth Anchors
Following the war’s economic and community impact, we acted to strengthen workforce resilience in the North and South, positioning these regions as growth hubs and reducing migration out of the region.
Recognizing that recovery begins with quality employment, we led a strategic initiative connecting training programs, industry, academia, and local authorities to build region-specific growth engines.
Over the past two years, and especially in response to the Swords of Iron war, we met young adults from Arab society facing persistent employment barriers - limited access to quality opportunities, skills gaps, and a shortage of industry-aligned pathways.
We developed tailored training programs combining personal guidance and direct employer connection, with a focus on technological professions and quality entry-level roles, to reduce gaps and expand the national talent pool.

Following the Swords of Iron war, many IDF widows and orphans joined the organization with complex and evolving needs. In partnership with the organization and professional experts, we conducted in-depth research and identified intergenerational and life-stage gaps requiring tailored solutions. Based on these insights, we developed the Bonim Atid program – a comprehensive framework integrating Reskill pathways, Upskill tracks, personal guidance, and employment and financial support. The program enables a gradual, secure return to the labor market while fostering long-term personal and professional growth.

The program was created with the Reservists’ Wives Forum after identifying an employment gap caused by prolonged military service.
Through targeted training programs in high-demand fields, personal guidance, and employer connections, many women advanced their careers – either by progressing in their current roles or through full Reskilling.

During a professional visit to Kiryat Shmona in 2022, we identified a lack of training programs translating field needs into defined skill sets and target roles. Research conducted with companies highlighted demand in regulation, fermentation, and food technology. Following a successful Innovation Authority call, in partnership with the AgriFoodtech Directorate and Tel-Hai College, we launched the training programs with local partners and continued operating even throughout the war, as part of our long-term commitment to developing the Eastern Galilee.

Since early 2024, we have led the Negev Talent program, uniting the Eastern Negev Cluster with cross-sector partners to train talent for in-demand tech roles. The program combines training and job placement, Upskilling, tech preparatory tracks, and support for small and medium-sized businesses, while attracting high-tech companies to the region with grants, recruitment support, and ecosystem connections. Hundreds have already been trained, with expansion planned for 2026.

The First Step into High-Tech
In our work with young adults without a technological background, we identified a gap between the desire to enter high-tech and the ability to understand what a realistic first step looks like.
Together with our program partners, we built a pathway that makes entry into high-tech practical and achievable: exposure, hands-on experience, skills development, and strengthening self-confidence.

As part of our long-term partnership with AWS, we focused on expanding access to cloud careers for underrepresented populations. We led the AWS re/Start program in Israel – a global initiative preparing candidates for entry-level cloud roles.
In partnership with the Innovation Authority and Qudra Association, we delivered tailored training programs for Arab academics, including intensive bootcamps, professional mentorship, and official AWS certification.

In recent years, especially with the rise of Generative AI, we have seen AI become a central force reshaping the labor market. It is redefining roles and increasing demand for technological literacy, critical thinking, and the ability to work with intelligent tools. At the same time, rapid change has widened the gap between market demands and workforce skills.
As market leaders, we identified this shift early and developed applied, role-based AI training programs. Through these programs, we enable employees and organizations to integrate AI tools responsibly and effectively into real work processes.
Role-Based AI Training
We developed tailored AI training programs that support practical and responsible AI implementation across diverse professional fields.
Our approach is practical and role-based: modular content, case-based assignments, and direct alignment with organizational role requirements. The pathways are designed to accommodate different knowledge levels – from foundational exposure to advanced training programs for developers, product managers, and data professionals – with a strong emphasis on critical thinking, working with models and practical tools, and assessing ethical risks. Each course includes hands-on assignments, implementation guidance, and a structured completion process that facilitates direct employer connection.
After completing the Analysts course with the goal of advancing into a business-impact role, he stepped into a role where he applied analytical tools to complex processes, identified trends, and supported decision-making in a global product environment.
After successfully completing the Analysts course, she translated her newly acquired skills into a meaningful employment opportunity. In her role, she works with complex systems, data analysis, and the implementation of technological solutions in a dynamic environment.
She joined the program after a decade of experience in marketing, seeking a professional shift into recruitment. During the course, she acquired practical tools and began building a new pathway, securing a recruiter role while still in training.
Through the course, Dania gained in-demand professional tools and exposure to advanced foodtech domains. Upon completing the training program, she was hired as a Food Technologist at Tnuva Alternative and began contributing to innovative industry initiatives.
After an extended job search following graduation, he chose to expand his professional toolkit and joined our QA course. The training program enabled him to gain relevant experience and enter the industry for the first time, securing a technical support role at Maccabi.
After completing a Full Stack course, and through close guidance and connection to relevant opportunities, he secured the role he had targeted - a Junior Developer position in the South. Today, he works as a Software Developer at Cambium, applying the knowledge and tools gained throughout the training program in his daily work.
After an extended period outside the high-tech industry, the training program and professional guidance enabled her return to the field. Upon completion, she secured an advanced technology role and began a new chapter in her career.
After years in roles with limited advancement opportunities, Dave sought professional growth. The program and guidance enabled him to gain in-demand cloud skills and advance into a senior international role.
Together, we will continue shaping a new reality – strengthening Israel’s human capital through fully funded training programs, meaningful partnerships with industry and academia, and the creation of regional flagship tracks that open the door to high-quality employment.
